Terms of use

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] ([Company registration number], [Registered address]), who runs Hubbuna. By making or sending a page you agree to them.

1. What the service is

Hubbuna lets you make a private web page for your husband or wife, with your photos, your story, a letter and a du'a. Building and previewing a page is free. You pay once, through our payment processor, to send it.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or write. You give us permission only to store it, process it to run the service (for example resizing photos), and show it to people who have your link and, if set, your PIN.

You confirm that you have the right to share every photo and that the people in them would be happy for the recipient to see them.

3. What is not allowed

We may remove a page that breaks these rules. We review reports and act within 24 hours of a valid report.

4. Plans and how long pages stay online

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged once. There is no subscription.

5. Your copy of your page

You can download everything at any time from the builder: your photos, text, replies and an offline copy of the page that opens without internet. If we ever close the service, we will email the address on your page at least [minimum notice period] before your page goes offline, with a way to download it.

6. Deleting your page

You can delete your page at any time. It disappears for everyone straight away and is erased for good, with every photo and reply, 7 days later. You can undo the deletion within those 7 days.

7. Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: a full refund within 7 days of paying, if the page has never been opened by the recipient.

8. Verses and du'a

We show only text from the Qur'an and well-known narrations, each with its source. This is not religious advice. If in doubt, ask a scholar you trust.

9. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the service running and your pages safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in. [Limitation of liability wording to be added after legal review.]

10. Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell paying users by email. These terms are governed by [Governing law and courts]. Questions: [Contact email].
